Sad news for an old friend of mine

I woke up this morning and checked my facebook page to learn that a good friend of mine from grade school & high school lost her father overnight.  He was battling some pancreas & kidney problems for several months now and had had an operation a few days ago where they had to shock him to bring him back during the operation.  For awhile, it looked like he might pull through, but then things rapidly went downhill for him and he passed around midnight this morning.  He was a good man and a great father to my friend and was only 60.  Please keep her & her whole family in your prayers.
